Time Crunch is the personal training studio just for you. We offer true personal training because you are the only client in our gym when you work out.
You don’t need to spend hours and hours at the gym – you just need to make your time at the gym count.
We provide an intense, focused workout that will deliver results in just 20 minutes twice a week.
We have three programs designed to help you reach your goals:
Super Slow
At Time Crunch we lift weights--but it is the way we lift them that is different, safer and effective. Our program is based on the SuperSlow® method. You will lift weights very slowly while concentrating on form, focus and breathing. This slower cadence removes almost all risk of injury and packs a much more intense workout into a shorter time.
The Road Back
Your best years are yet to come. We will help you reclaim your body. In 20 minutes you can recover and improve: strength, balance, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
Performance Muscle
You love playing your sport, but want that extra edge that time in a gym will give you. We can help you in 20 minutes to an hour.
We also can develop a completely custom work out to fit your specific needs.
