SoulCycle is a boutique cardio fitness experience that has reinvented indoor cycling.  SoulCycle combines inspirational coaching with great music and a full-body workout on the bike, in the sanctuary of a candlelit room.  In 45 minutes, you use your upper body and core with push-ups and hand-weights while spinning to the beat of the music.
